The Annual SPANZ Conference

Hosted by various institutions from year to year, the conference allows for connection with other schedulers, demonstration of scheduling solutions and the sharing of stories, ideas and expertise.

Vendor Demonstrations

Each year vendors attend with presentations on product advancement and occasionally a live or even interactive demo.

Breakout Sessions

There are information sessions run by schedulers, sharing solutions, ideas, software implementation journeys and how they work

Networking

Formal and informal opportunities exist throughout the conference for meeting and connecting to other schedulers.

Attendance at the conference

Attendance is available to any timetablers/schedulers at higher education institutions in Australia and New Zealand.
